Shipping
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 7 working days from order confirmation, by courier, transport agency or another suitable carrier. Tracking details are shared on WhatsApp or email.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, send photos of the pack and parcel on WhatsApp (+91 99787 91167) or to sales@gujaratbio.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or refund it after checking.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before dispatch by contacting us. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 working days.
